Kim Hopper

Kim was Coordinator of a Youth Refuge in Canberra before coming to Alice on a ‘Holiday’

She landed in Alice Springs over a decade ago, cutting her teeth in the Central Australian Arts community through the Cats Meow Cabaret as a stage and production assistant. She received formal mentoring for these roles through ArtsNT and has had exciting opportunities including a WA/NT road tour with Artback NT, and of course her work with Incite Arts. She was also instrumental in the Community Garden establishment as a project officer at ALEC.

She now runs a business with her partner and enjoys bringing up a young family in the vibrant community of Mparntwe.
